After heroically qualifying for the next stage of the Copa Sudamericana last Wednesday (31), the red-black group resumed work at the George Helal Training Center, in Vargem Grande. The training session this Saturday (03) marked the beginning of the Mais Querido's preparation for the next commitment in the Brazilian Championship.

The athletes began the day with physical activity at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA). They then headed to Field 2 for a warm-up session, which consisted of endurance and agility exercises, and ball work, which included passing and movement exercises.

On Field 3, Zé Ricardo led tactical work on a reduced-size field. The squad was divided into four teams, forming attack-defense clashes on both halves of the pitch. After ten minutes, the teams would switch to other faceoffs.

The next match will be against Ponte Preta, on Wednesday (07). The match will be played at the Kléber Andrade Stadium, in Cariacica-ES, with the ball rolling from 21:45 pm.
