On the morning of this Wednesday (06), preparations began for the Mais Querido's next commitment. Coach Zé Ricardo led technical and tactical activities at the George Helal Training Center, in Vargem Grande. Midfielder Adryan, who returns from loan after the European season, and defender Donatti, the club's newest signing, did separate physical training.

The group met at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA) to begin muscle activation work. They then headed to Field 2 to begin warming up. The athletes performed strength, explosiveness, and speed exercises at three different stations. Still on the same field, technical training began, consisting of passing and movement work.

Finally, tactical training took place on Field 1. Only half of the pitch was used, and the focus was on ball movement in the midfield. Three teams were formed, alternating between offensive and defensive roles throughout the activity.

Flamengo will face Atlético-MG next Sunday (10), in a match valid for the 14th round of the Brazilian Championship. The game will take place at the Mané Garrincha Stadium, in Brasília, with the ball rolling from 11 am.
