The presentation of striker Adriano, this Thursday afternoon at Gávea, marks the launch of a line of official products celebrating the signing of Flamengo's main reinforcement for the Brazilian championship.

The first product is a red t-shirt with the message "The Emperor of Rio". The suggested retail price is R$ 49,90 and the first shipment should arrive on the market on May 15th. "Adriano is a star of Brazilian football, with international projection. To make his return to Brazil possible, we are preparing a line of special products that exploit the player's image. The t-shirt is just the first step," explains the club's executive marketing director, Ricardo Hinrichsen.

The product will be available for pre-order this Friday on the club's official e-commerce website (www.flamengo.com.br). The first points of sale to receive the jersey, on May 15th, are the club's official store, FlaShop (Rua da Quitanda, 87 - Centro - Rio de Janeiro. Tel: 21 2224-2331) and the FlaBoutique chain (Gávea - 21 2294-7907, Higienópolis, Tijuca and Barra, all in Rio de Janeiro). The items should arrive at other sporting goods stores in the following days.
