In a hard-fought Fla-Flu derby, Flamengo failed to secure a victory at the Maracanã this Sunday (May 31.05st). With goals from Alecsandro and Eduardo, Flamengo was ultimately defeated by Fluminense and now focuses its efforts on the match against Cruzeiro in Minas Gerais.

Just seven minutes into the first half, Pará challenged Vinícius for the ball, who appealed for a penalty, which was awarded by the referee. Fred took the penalty and opened the scoring. Flamengo pressed forward. In the 28th minute, Canteros delivered a beautiful pass to Alecsandro, whose shot was saved by Diego Cavalieri.
