Game
Flamengo's first attack, in the first minute, saw Everton Cebolinha steal the ball on the Grêmio baseline, who passed it to Arrascaeta to shoot. As the ball was in flight, Gerson intercepted it and nearly opened the scoring for Mengão. Then, in the 13th minute, Pulgar was fouled head-on by Arrascaeta, who took a free kick from the middle of the field, but the goalkeeper saved it.
Soon after, Pulgar found Gerson, who beat his marker and shot over the bar. The game was under control, with no dangerous chances, until in the 41st minute, Everton Cebolinha sprinted down the left and was blocked, but the ball fell to him, and with a cut, he beat the defender and the goalkeeper, scoring Flamengo's first goal. Mengão finished the first half with the lead.
In the 12th minute of the second half, Arrascaeta took a corner kick for Pablo to head, but the goalkeeper saved. In the 30th minute, Grêmio tied the game.
