The 2007 State Futsal Championship does not yet have a set date, but the teams are already in the mood for the game.

This Saturday, August 4th, a friendly charity match will be held between Flamengo and Cabo Frio, at 11 am, at the Municipal Gymnasium of Cabo Frio, Região dos Lagos.

The goal of the match is noble. The organizers of the charity friendly are raising funds to cover the treatment of Victor (10 years old), the son of Anderson Lopes, known as "Mangueira," the coach of the Drogaria do Povo team.

The boy is hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), after falling from the third floor of the building where he lives.

Those attending the charity friendly will be able to see the teams' new rosters. After finishing fourth in the Campeonato Carioca, CRF officials sought new reinforcements. From the team that competed in the Campeonato Carioca, only Breno, Michel, Otávio, Pablo, Dudu, Passarinho, Marquinhos, and Pedro remained on the team.
