With two days to go before the first match against Fluminense in the Campeonato Carioca final, Flamengo held another training session at Ninho do Urubu to fine-tune the final details for the derby. Before the session began, midfielder Everton Ribeiro spoke to reporters at the training center.

Among other topics, the red-black number 7 spoke about the possible absence of Arrascaeta in this Saturday's Fla-Flu:

"Arrasca is a unique player. I hope he returns as soon as possible. If I need to play as a midfielder, that's my role. I've done it my whole life. Arrasca and I have different characteristics, but without a doubt, if necessary, I'll be ready to play," said the midfielder, who also spoke about the match against Tricolor das Laranjeiras.

"We have high expectations for this first game. We want to put into practice everything we've been working on in training. We know it will be a tough game, but we're confident we'll put in a great performance," he concluded.

The first leg of the Cariocão final against Fluminense will be played this Saturday (1), at 20:30 pm, at Maracanã. Mengão will have its last training session this Friday (31), when coach Vitor Pereira will finalize his preparations for the classic.
