This Friday (22), the red-black commander Zé Ricardo led finishing work and tactical training at the George Helal Training Center, in Vargem Grande. After these activities, collective training was carried out. Finishing the activity, part of the group practiced free kicks, in two or more touches and direct to the goal.

The athletes began their workday with a quick physical activity at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), and then headed to Field 2 to begin ball training. Scientific coordinator Daniel Guimarães initially instructed the athletes in technical work, which consisted of firm passing between players, aiming to improve accuracy and ball control.

Next, the group went to Field 1, where they worked on building plays on the wings and finishing. Following this, tactical training began, aiming for the Mais Querido's next match, against América-MG. Zé Ricardo stopped the activity a few times to guide the players and fine-tune their positioning. Finally, the collective training session took place. Afterward, some players remained on the field to practice free kicks.

Flamengo is preparing to face América-MG next Monday (25), in a match valid for the 16th round of the Brazilian Championship. The match will take place at the Kléber Andrade Stadium, in Cariacica (ES), with the ball rolling from 20 pm.
