Flamengo holds final training session before traveling to Argentina

Under the command of Renato Gaúcho, Flamengo finalized this Tuesday morning (13), at Ninho do Urubu, the preparation for the match against Defensa y Justicia, which takes place tomorrow (14), at 21:30 pm, at the Norberto Tomaghello Stadium, in Buenos Aires-ARG. The duel is valid for the first leg of the round of XNUMX of the Libertadores.

In his second training session as manager of the Rubro-Negro, Renato Gaúcho and his coaching staff led tactical drills on the field. Defender Rodrigo Caio felt pain in his left calf and was not included in the match. After the training session, the Rubro-Negro delegation headed to the airport and boarded a flight to Argentina.

This will be the first match between Flamengo and Defensa y Justicia in history. Flamengo has already played 15 matches against Argentine teams in the Copa Libertadores, with seven wins, six draws, and only two losses, scoring 27 goals and conceding 16.
