Looking ahead to their next match in the Brazilian Championship, Rubro-Negro returned to training this Monday afternoon (3) at Ninho do Urubu. The team led by Mauricio Barbieri returns to the pitch next Wednesday (5), against Internacional, at 21:45 pm, at Beira-Rio.
The players who started the match against Ceará, valid for the 22nd round of the Brasileirão, remained at the Center of Excellence in Performance (CEP FLA). There, the group carried out regenerative work with physical trainer Roberto Oliveira Junior.
At Field 4 of Ninho do Urubu, the remaining players of the Flamengo squad trained under the command of Mauricio Barbieri and members of his coaching staff. One of the drills was in a reduced space and focused on attack against defense. One of the standouts was Lincoln, who moved around a lot and found the back of the net on several occasions.
Colombian striker Orlando Berrío also appeared on the pitch, but to continue his treatment process. The number 28 performed some specific exercises with physical trainer Fábio Eiras.
