Milton dos Santos, 23, from Angola, visited the George Helal Training Center for an internship. Always with his notebook in hand, he took copious notes and spoke with coach Zé Ricardo to gain a deeper understanding of the training methods used in the activities proposed by the red-and-black manager.

Milton lived in the United States for 16 years and has been studying in France for the past five years, where he is pursuing his master's degree and pursuing UEFA courses to enhance his skills. After earning certification from the French Football Federation, the Angolan worked at a small club in Lyon, Lyon Ouest Sporting Club, where he had the opportunity to coach the youth teams and worked as an assistant coach with the first team.

The desire to be a coach began as a child, already living in the United States, where his mother works as a diplomat. "Since I was 13 or 14, I've wanted to be a coach. Maybe even before that. I studied, took my courses, and now I'm here seeking to improve my knowledge," he added. According to him, his experience at Flamengo has been satisfying.

"I'm learning a lot from Zé Ricardo. He allowed me to ask questions before and during training to better understand the purpose of the proposed exercises. It's great to be exposed to a different level of football. In France, I was at a club that isn't yet considered a big one. Here, I see the routine of a professional team, the behavior of the players, coaches, and trainers, and I found it all very interesting," he said.

Milton aims to take the knowledge he acquired in Brazil and put it into practice in France, the United States, and Angola in the future.
