Flamengo hosts Vitória for the Brazilian Championship
With all tickets sold, Ilha do Urubu will be packed for the game this Sunday at 11am

The Brazilian Championship continues, and this Sunday Flamengo faces another challenge. This Sunday, starting at 11 a.m., the Rubro-Negro will host Vitória at Ilha do Urubu, and as the opponent's name suggests, only victory counts. With 29 points and in fifth place, Zé Ricardo's men are looking to add three more to rediscover the joy of victory, as well as to reward the fans who bought all the available tickets and will pack the Mais Querido stadium.

Their record against Bahia in Brazilian championships is more than favorable. They've played 37 matches, with 21 wins and only eight losses. In Rio, the advantage is even greater. In 17 matches, the red-and-blacks have won 13 and lost only two.
In the last edition of the Brasileirão, Flamengo won two matches, in Rio (in Volta Redonda), 1-0, and in Salvador, 2-1. Remember on Fla TV cameras the goals of the match played on Bahian soil. Flamengo has also won the last four matches between the teams.
