Seeking a place in the final of the 2019 Carioca Championship, Flamengo faces Fluminense this Saturday (6), at 19 pm, at Maracanã. It will be the fourth classic between the teams in the season and whoever passes will face the winner of Vasco and Bangu, in the State final.
In the last meeting between the two teams, Flamengo defeated their rival 2-1 in the Taça Rio semifinal. In the final, Flamengo defeated Vasco and took the trophy.

On the eve of the semi-final, Cuéllar gave a press conference at Ninho do Urubu and previewed the match against Fluminense.
"It's a very difficult game, but we've already shown that we have a qualified squad. We have an obligation to win the Carioca, but not to be an additional burden. We need to know how to handle this kind of pressure."
The Colombian midfielder also commented on the fact that this is the fourth clash between the teams at the start of the season.
"For me, it's really bad to face a team too many times a year. There's still the Brazilian Championship coming up, so there will be six or seven games. I don't think it's healthy for the game's performance. You're facing the same things as the last game, but we have to adapt to the tournament's rules."
