The rebroadcast of the 2019 CONMEBOL Libertadores final last Sunday on Rede Globo was well-received on Flamengo's social media channels. We worked on digital media as if the final were actually happening again.

We kicked off the process at midnight on Sunday with the "Hoje Tem" (Today Has It) post, announcing the match. Throughout the day, we replayed historic videos from Fla TV, and during the match, star Everton Ribeiro hosted our Real Time on Twitter with timely commentary.

On Sunday alone (the day of the rebroadcast), we recorded 3.554.568 interactions, 2.747.096 video views, and an increase of 17.379 followers across all networks (Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok). To give you an idea, the engagement generated on Sunday represents 22% of the total engagement generated in the entire month of May.

At the end of the match, in addition to Flamengo being the most talked about topic in Brazil on Twitter's trending topics, Rubro-Negro occupied 13 positions in the top 30.

From January 1st to April 30th, Flamengo finished fifth among the world's clubs with the most interactions on social media, with 5 million interactions.
