On the morning of this Friday (9), Flamengo renewed its contract with striker Lincoln until December 2023. The athlete, who stood out in the club's youth teams, is currently part of the Rubro-Negro's main team.

"I'm very happy to renew my contract until 2023. I thank Flamengo for everything they've given me and my parents, who are always by my side. God willing, we still have many goals ahead of us," said the striker.

Lincoln, 17, was part of the generation that went more than a year undefeated with Flamengo and the national team, starting and second-highest scorer during Brazil's U-17 South American Championship campaign. He also won the same competition in 2015 and participated in the U-17 World Cup. So far, the "Boy from the Nest" has played eight matches for the senior team and scored one goal.
