The squad was divided between regenerative training and tactical activity on the field

The day after the 4-0 rout of Madureira, which secured the Mais Querido the lead in Group B at the end of the first phase of the Guanabara Cup, the red-and-black squad resumed training at Ninho do Urubu. The team's focus is once again on the Primeira Liga Cup, with a match against Ceará in sight.
During the activity, the athletes who started last Sunday's match (19) did regenerative training, coordinated by professionals from Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA). Meanwhile, other athletes performed muscle activation and injury prevention exercises before going onto the field.

Arriving on the field, coach Zé Ricardo and his assistant Cleber dos Santos led game situation work, followed by group activities on a reduced-size field. Players from the main squad trained alongside several athletes from the red-and-black U-20 team.

The match against the black and white team will take place this Wednesday (22), at the Castelão stadium, with the ball rolling from 19:30 pm.
