Other players took to the field for training. The activity began on Field 1, with physical warm-ups and ball-playing. The exercises focused on muscle explosion and speed. With the ball integrated into the workout, the athletes practiced passing accuracy and movement, both offensively and defensively.

Next, participants headed to Field 3. The field had been renovated to accommodate the Olympic teams that used the George Helal Training Center facilities for training during the Games, and the red-and-black team used it that afternoon for practice. Zé Ricardo led tactical work focused on playmaking and defensive restructuring.

Flamengo's next match will be against Figueirense this Wednesday (31), for the Copa Sul-Americana. The match will be played at the Kléber Andrade Stadium, in Cariacica-ES, with the ball rolling from 21:45 pm.
