No rest! The day after the victory over Goiás was full of hard work and physical recovery at Ninho do Urubu. This is because, in a 48-hour interval, Flamengo will return to the field to face Red Bull Bragantino, in a game valid for the 16th round of the Brazilian Championship. The match will be played this Thursday (15), at 20 pm, at Maracanã.
The players who started against the Emerald team underwent recovery work and physical evaluations at the training center. Meanwhile, the remaining players took to the field and performed tactical and technical exercises under the guidance of coach Domènec Torrent and his assistants, Jordi Gris and Jordi Guerrero.
Currently, Rubro-Negro occupies second place in the Brazilian Championship, with the same number of points (30) as the leader Atlético-MG. With last Tuesday's victory, Mais Querido achieved its fourth consecutive victory in the competition.
