After the victory over Santos, at Vila Belmiro, the red-black squad returned on Monday afternoon (31), at Ninho do Urubu, and began preparations for the match against Bahia next Wednesday (01), at 20:30 pm, in Salvador, for the seventh round of the Brazilian Championship.

Tests conducted this Monday revealed bone edema in Bruno Henrique's right knee and a partial tear in Diego Alves' left shoulder tendon. Both have already begun treatment. Forward Gabriel Barbosa was re-evaluated by the medical department and appeared to be improving, meaning no further testing was necessary.

Meanwhile, the players who started the last match did some recovery work. The remaining players took to the field to work on their physical and technical skills. The red-and-black delegation will head to Salvador after training on Tuesday morning (01).
