On Monday afternoon (6), Flamengo returned to Ninho do Urubu and began preparations for the classic against Fluminense, which will be played on Wednesday (8), at 21:10 pm, at Maracanã, for the 11th round of Cariocão. In case of victory or draw, Rubro-Negro will win the Taça Guanabara title.
The athletes who started the match against Vasco did regenerative work in the gym, while the others went onto the field and carried out a tactical activity with coach Vitor Pereira.
Midfielder Thiago Maia underwent tests that diagnosed a sprained left ankle. Defender David Luiz suffered trauma to his right knee. Both have already begun treatment.
Tomorrow (7), the red-black coach will lead another training session to define the team that will take to the field to face Tricolor.
