After another victory in the Brasileirão, Flamengo returned this Monday morning (14), at Ninho do Urubu, and began preparing for the match against Juventude, which takes place next Wednesday (16), at 21:30 pm, at Maracanã. The game against the team from Caxias do Sul is valid for the fourth round of the national competition. Rubro-Negro is in the lead with seven points won.

In the press conference after the 2-0 victory over Grêmio, in Porto Alegre, coach Filipe Luís praised the players' attitude, who showed a quick recovery from the defeat to Central Córdoba, last week, in the Libertadores.

"It was one of those victories where you see these players are great. After a home defeat that was very painful for us and the fans. But we have to understand that these defeats are part of football. After a defeat, the players aren't the worst in the world; you have to change everyone, and not today, after the victory, are they the best in the world and we'll win every game of the year. This balance is what great players achieve. After the defeat, it's normal for the team to lose confidence, but what we saw was the opposite," the coach emphasized.

During the return match, the athletes who started yesterday's match did some regenerative work in the gym, while the others went onto the field to carry out an activity under the command of the coaching staff. The squad returns to training on Tuesday afternoon (14) to finalize their preparation.

This week, in addition to the game against Juventude, Mengão will face the classic against Vasco, next Saturday (19), at 18:30 pm, at Maracanã, for the 5th round of the Brasileirão.
