Flamengo returns and begins preparations to face Cuiabá

The starters against Atlético-MG did regenerative work in the gym, while the others went onto the field

With an eye on the penultimate round of the Brasileirão, Flamengo returned on Thursday afternoon (30), at Ninho do Urubu, and began preparations to face Cuiabá, next Sunday (3), at 16 pm, at Maracanã. Rubro-Negro has 63 points and is in fourth place.

The starters against Atlético-MG did some recovery work in the gym, while the rest took to the field and completed an activity under coach Tite. Midfielder Erick Pulgar, who served a suspension in the last game, is available for the match.

Sunday's match will mark Filipe Luís's farewell to Flamengo. The left-back, who will be retiring from playing, joined the Gávea club in 2019 and played 175 matches for the Manto Sagrado. Check out the titles he won:
