After facing São Paulo in a match valid for the Brazilian Championship, Flamengo returned to Ninho do Urubu this Thursday (19) and continued the daily training that takes place at the training center. All athletes who started the match against the São Paulo team carried out regenerative work at the Center of Excellence in Performance (CEP FLA).
The rest of the group participated in a collective training session held at Field 5 of Ninho do Urubu and led by coach Maurício Barbieri. The activity was attended by the boys from the U-20 team. One of the standout performers was midfielder Cuéllar, who returns from suspension for the next round of the Brasileirão.
With specific work and also on the pitch, defender Rhodolfo and forward Orlando Berrío continued their recovery processes with physiotherapist Fred Manhães, and also with physical trainer Roberto Oliveira.
The Mais Querido squad returns to training this Friday afternoon (20), at 15 pm, again at the George Helal Training Center. On Saturday (21) we will face Botafogo in a match valid for the 14th round of the Brasileirão. The ball will roll at Maracanã from 19 pm.
