After winning the Copa do Brasil for the fourth time, Flamengo returned this Friday (21), at Ninho do Urubu, and began preparing for the final matches of the Brasileirão and for the Libertadores final, against Athletico-PR, on October 29, in Guayaquil-EQU.

Coach Dorival Júnior led a tactical activity with the athletes related to the game against América-MG, which will be played this Saturday (22), at 19 pm, at Independência, for the Brasileirão. It is worth mentioning that Mais Querido will go with an alternative team, since the starters are focused on preparing for the Libertadores final.

Athlete Varela felt muscle discomfort in his left thigh and was not included.

Before the trip to Ecuador, Rubro-Negro will face Santos next Tuesday (25), at 21:45 pm, at Maracanã, for the 34th round of the national championship.
