The work doesn't stop! After winning the classic against Botafogo 2-0, Mais Querido returned this Monday morning (23), at the George Helal Training Center. The activity carried out at Ninho do Urubu was already aimed at the match against Santos, at Vila Belmiro.
The squad began the day with physical exercises at the Center of Excellence in Performance (CEP FLA). Pre-workout activities were led by physical trainers Diogo Linhares, Fábio Eiras, and Roberto Oliveira.
The first part of the training session at Field 5 was not recorded and was not attended by journalists. Mauricio Barbieri took the opportunity to provide tactical guidance to the team.
In the final stretch of the training session on Field 5, Barbieri led a small-space training session focused on quick passing. Afterward, some players honed their aim before leaving the field.
