Next Sunday (15), Mengão's main team debuts in the 2023 season against Portuguesa, at 18 pm, at Maracanã, in a game valid for the first round of the Campeonato Carioca.

Athlete Victor Hugo underwent neurological examinations after a head injury during the match against Audax. No abnormalities were detected. Upon waking on Friday morning (13), the athlete reported pain in his right knee and foot and was sent for examinations. After examinations and re-evaluation by the medical department, he was diagnosed with a fracture in his right foot. Treatment has already begun at the CT.
