Preparations for the Guanabara Cup semifinal continue at full steam at Ninho do Urubu. Aiming for next Saturday's match (09), which will be against Fluminense, at Maracanã, the red-black squad trained full-time in the CT's new professional module. Wednesday was very intense in the work carried out.

In the morning, the group completed a series of physical training sessions at the Training Center gym and on the pitch at Field 1. The players worked on strength, sprinting, and speed, aiming to improve their performance during the upcoming 90-minute matches.

The goalkeepers also had a busy day with work led by Wagner Miranda and Nielsen Elias. The drills took place on Field 2 and served to improve the goalkeepers' reaction speed and reflexes.

In the afternoon, the athletes did some more specific training in the gym and then went out onto the field. Unlike the morning training session, journalists were unable to see what coach Abel Braga did.

More than 40 tickets have already been sold for Flamengo and Fluminense and the Nation can still secure a place clicking here.
