The red-black squad met this Wednesday (20) at the George Helal Training Center, in Vargem Grande, for another day of training aiming at the next match, against América-MG. Coach Zé Ricardo led technical work, followed by tactical training, focused on building plays and intelligent use of ball possession.

After muscle activation work at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), the athletes headed to Field 2 to begin their warm-up. Next, they began ball work, consisting of three different passing and movement drills, aimed at creating passing options for teammates and space for playmaking.

Next, the group moved to Field 1 to put their technical work into practice. Specific attack-versus-defense drills were closely led by Zé Ricardo. The players alternated between the two roles during the activity, participating in both the offensive and defensive moments.

Next Monday (25), Mais Querido will face the América-MG team, in a match valid for the 16th round of the Brazilian Championship. The match will be played at the Kléber Andrade Stadium, in Cariacica (ES), with the ball rolling from 20 pm.
