Initially, the group did muscle activation work at Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA), and after completing the physical activity, they headed to the Field 1 pitch for a warm-up with the ball. This initial activity consisted of passing and movement drills, focusing on intercepting passes by defenders and improving pass accuracy for players in possession.

Next came training on a reduced-size field. The field was divided in two, with the coach providing instructions to the four teams working on the activity. Immediately following, the day's closing session focused on marking the forwards, seeking to intercept passes. Once the objective was achieved, the ball was passed to the players on the sidelines, who crossed for the forwards to finish at the goal defended by the red-and-black goalkeepers.

Flamengo's next challenge will be against Santos, at Maracanã. The match, valid for the penultimate round of the Brasileirão, will be played on Sunday (27), with the ball rolling from 17 pm.
