Flamengo continues working at Ninho do Urubu
The squad carried out another day of intense activities at the training center

Preparations for the rest of the season continue intensely at Ninho do Urubu. This Wednesday morning (27) was another one of hard work for the red-black squad, which aims to return with the same drive as in the first half of the year for the final stretch of 2018.
The athletes did some pre-workout exercises at CEP FLA and started the work day with physical activities led by professionals from the coaching staff.
Afterward, the players went to Field 3 and underwent circuit fitness tests with the club's trainers. The athletes were divided into five groups, and all went through stations set up on the pitch.
In the final part of the training session, Maurício Barbieri led a tactical drill on Field 4, focusing on ball possession and quick passing. The drill was conducted in a confined space, and the 36-year-old coach took the opportunity to provide extensive guidance to the squad.
Striker Fernando Uribe participated in all stages of the day and showed good movement in his first training session with the ball. Mais Querido returns to training this Thursday morning (28), at Ninho do Urubu.
