With another day of training after an exciting victory in the classic against Fluminense, Flamengo completed its preparation for the next challenge in the Brasileirão this Saturday (15). The morning was spent working at the George Helal Training Center.
The day began with intense muscle activation for the outfield players. The goalkeepers underwent specific training, practicing exits from goal and defending crosses.
The squad then participated in tactical training, with Zé Ricardo providing detailed guidance on Internacional's squad. The team also practiced set pieces. On the other half of the pitch, youngsters from the youth academy worked on finishing with assistant coach Jayme de Almeida.
At the end of the activities, Mancuello, Donatti, Fernandinho, Rafael Vaz, Adryan and Guerrero practiced free kicks with goalkeepers Thiago, João Lopes and Paulo Victor.
