Just like the work that took place on the morning of this Thursday (12), the afternoon activity was also marked by intensity. On Field 2, the red-black physical trainers Daniel Gonçalves and Marcelo Martorelli, in addition to the EXOS consultant Michael Minthorne, led physical training that consisted of runs that alternated moments of intense movement and recovery routes at reduced speed.
Next, the group returned to ball training at the George Helal Training Center. On Field 3, coach Zé Ricardo led an activity focused on passing and reacclimating to team play, with predetermined movements in each of the proposed exercises. The goalkeepers worked separately from the other athletes, focusing on physical endurance.
Alongside Ederson at CEP FLA, Guerrero did specific training focused on improving his physical appearance. Finishing the day's activities, Miguel Trauco trained separately from the squad. The left-back spent part of the afternoon sorting out bureaucratic matters to ensure his documentation is up to date and ready to play for the Mais Querido as soon as possible.
The group returns to CT George Helal on Friday morning (13) to continue preparing for the 2017 season.
