Flamengo works on tactics before the classic

By Francisco Freire* - inFlamengo continued its preparation for the Brasileirão this Tuesday (11). With a classic against Fluminense approaching, it was an afternoon of intense work at the George Helal Training Center.
The activities began with muscle activation work at CEP Fla (Flamengo's Performance Excellence Center). The players completed a second phase of this physical training on the field.
Next, Zé Ricardo gathered the players and led a technical drill, focusing on passing and movement. The players had to exchange passes at speed around dummies spread out on the pitch.
The afternoon continued with tactical training, closed to the press. At the end of the training session, with reporters in attendance, the players did a brief goal-kicking drill.
