Flamengo continues preparations at Ninho do Urubu

Tuesday (10) was a day of intense work at the George Helal Training Center. With the return of the season getting closer and closer, coach Maurício Barbieri continues to make adjustments and observe the entire squad in the activities that continue to take place at Ninho do Urubu. Mais Querido will return to the pitch next Wednesday (18), at 21:45 pm, at Maracanã.
The athletes began their day of activities at the Center of Excellence in Performance (CEP FLA). The gym exercises consisted of a circuit divided into six sections. As the athletes finished their exercises, they headed to Field 4.
Once on the field, coach Maurício Barbieri took the opportunity to work on technical skills with the players in a reduced-space environment. Afterwards, the players practiced offensive plays and plenty of finishing on the field. Before heading to the locker room, the red-and-black squad improved their fitness with trainer Fábio Eiras.
Henrique Dourado, Rhodolfo and Léo Duarte stayed in the gym doing specific exercises with members of the coaching staff. Flamengo returns to training on Wednesday morning (11), at Ninho do Urubu.
