Striker Emerson had a meeting with Flamengo's vice president of football, Marcos Braz, and was released from training.
After the activity, midfielder Willians said he was very excited to be competing in his first international competition.
"Every player dreams of competing in a competition like the South American. Of course, our priority is the Brazilian Championship, but we won't neglect the South American. We're going in to win, and I'm very excited and confident. It'll be my first international championship."
