Flamengo trains in two shifts at Ninho do Urubu
The squad carried out another day of intense activities at the training center

Tuesday (4) was a full-time training day at the George Helal Training Center. The red-black preseason continues in full swing at Ninho do Urubu and coach Maurício Barbieri is taking advantage of the time he has until the end of the World Cup in Russia to continue implementing his ideas for the rest of the season.
The day of activities began on Field 4 at Ninho do Urubu. After warming up with physical trainer Diogo Linhares, the athletes practiced offensive movement and finishing. Barbieri then concluded the activities to work on tactics with his players.
In the afternoon, the athletes performed physical activities at the Performance Excellence Center (CEP FLA). The workout was divided into stages, and everyone in the squad participated in exercises in the gym and on the sidelines of Field 5.
Training will continue this Thursday (3) at Ninho do Urubu. Next Saturday (7), Mais Querido will face Nova Iguaçu in a training match at CT.
