Flamengo arrived in Teresópolis early in the afternoon this Friday (04/01) to carry out its 2008 pre-season. At around 16pm the team returned to work at Granja Comary.

The athletes did some water aerobics exercises in the training center's pool. Afterwards, they went out onto the field to run a few laps around the lawn. The team is following a fitness plan that began yesterday (January 03rd) at the team presentation.
