After a strenuous morning workout, the Flamengo squad returned to training in the afternoon at the Ninho do Urubu Training Center in Vargem Grande. The Gávea team is preparing for its next Brazilian Championship challenge on Sunday against Atlético-PR at the Arena da Baixada.

Coach Andrade led a training session for the entire Flamengo squad. He divided the squad into three teams of eight players, who faced each other on a reduced-size field. The starting lineup trained with: Léo Moura, Álvaro, Ronaldo Angelim, and Everton; Willians, Airton, and Zé Roberto; and Denis Marques.

Petkovic and Everton Silva just walked laps around the field.
