With only one loss this year and two strong performances in the Copa Santander Libertadores, Flamengo is enjoying a positive moment. Focused on securing victories for the red-and-black team, the players have embraced Andrade's strategy of using their full strength whenever possible, whether in the state championship or the South American competition.

Next Wednesday (17.03), Flamengo will face Universidad do Chile, in Santiago, and no one at the club is thinking about anything other than victory, just like the one achieved last Sunday, against Vasco.

"The team's morale was already high. We're in a good moment, and I told everyone that we need to take advantage of that from now on. We had an open game this Sunday, and I'm sure we made our fans happy. Vasco's fans, not so much," joked the Flamengo coach.

And to achieve another away win in the Libertadores, Andrade and the Flamengo board have already planned everything.

"I'm going to Santiago with everyone. We'll be there in full force. We know our stop in Porto Alegre wasn't ideal, but the situation is urgent. Chile is going through a difficult time and we had to find other options," explained Andrade, who has Adriano leading the attack.

"He's in good spirits and he proved it today (Sunday – 14/03). If he wasn't well, I have no doubt he would have let Vagner Love take the penalty. Adriano is a great kid, a friend. And we always have to help our friends. He went to the press last week, talked to them, and they continued to bash him. It's completely unnecessary," Andrade concluded.
