After victory over Bangu on Sunday (17), which secured Rubro-Negro's qualification for the Carioca Championship semi-final, Flamengo returned to work on Monday afternoon at the George Helal Training Center. The players who did not start in Macaé played a training match against Ceres, and won 2-1.

In the first half, which ended 0-0, the starting lineup was Muralha, Pará, Léo Duarte, César and Chiquinho, Márcio Araújo, Canteros and Ederson; Fernandinho, Gabriel and Vizeu. Upon returning to the field, the team lined up with Thiago, Pará, Antonio Carlos, Dumas and Arthur Henrique; Ronaldo, Jajá, Chiquinho and Ederson; Fernandinho and Vizeu, who opened the scoring, capitalizing on a cross from Pará. The opponent equalized, but conceded an own goal by a defender shortly before the end.

Flamengo will face Vasco next weekend, fighting for a spot in the Carioca Championship final.
