Flamengo regained its winning ways in the Brazilian Championship, defeating Atlético-PR 1-0 this Saturday at Maracanã. Jailton scored the only goal for Flamengo with a header. The result left Flamengo in seventh place with 31 points.

The Gávea team took the field with Jailton in defense, Airton in midfield, and Maxi and Paulo Sérgio in attack. Flamengo had the first good chance of the game, with Paulo Sérgio shooting straight at the defense.
