Continuing their preseason preparations, Flamengo defeated Boavista 1-0 in a training match at Ninho do Urubu. Lucas Silva scored the red-and-black goal seven minutes into the first half, following a beautiful assist from Luiz Henrique. Coach Maurício Souza took the opportunity to test his squad options and observe the players. The match was played in two 40-minute halves.
