Flamengo beat Coritiba 1-0 at Couto Pereira
De Arrascaeta scores, Rubro-Negro plays well collectively and wins three points in the Brazilian Championship

O JOGO
The first half started evenly, but Flamengo only took the lead after the 16th minute. The first good chance came in the 23rd minute. Gabigol burst into the penalty area, shot, and Wilson made a great save. The pressure continued, and soon after, De Arrascaeta spun around the defense and hit the post.
It didn't stop there, and the goal came! Bruno Henrique passed to Gabigol, the ball bounced back to De Arrascaeta, who slotted it into the back of the net. With good marking, the team continued to create chances and had another chance. Everton Ribeiro received the ball from Filipe Luís and took a shot from distance, but it went wide. After this move, Mengão held on and went into halftime leading 1-0.
In the second half, the first dangerous play came in the 17th minute. Filipe Luís burst into the box from the side of the box and shot straight at the goalkeeper. With the game under control, more chances were created. In the 19th minute, the opposing defense cleared the ball, and De Arrascaeta shot out of bounds. Two minutes later, Gabigol shot from distance, but Wilson saved again.
In the closing stages, João Lucas crossed and Pedro scored, but the referee flagged for offside. In stoppage time, Diego delivered a beautiful backheel pass to De Arrascaeta, who struck hard and narrowly missed the second. With the match settled, the team maintained possession until the referee blew his whistle in the 49th minute.
