Flamengo's first test under coach Jorge Jesus yielded a positive result. This Saturday (29), the Mais Querido faced Madureira in a training match held in Gávea. The match, broadcast by FlaTV, ended with a score of 3-1 for Rubro-Negro. Diego and Vitinho (2x) scored.

Flamengo's first opportunity came from Lucas Silva. After receiving a pass from Rodinei, the number 23 took a shot from outside the box, but the ball went wide of the goalpost.

Just 8 minutes in, the Mais Querido scored its first goal! On a move down the right, Rodinei found Lucas Silva, the youngster quickly passed to Diego, and the number 10 made no mistake. The ball found the back of the net, and the score was 1-0.

Mengão continued to press throughout the first half, and the result could not have been any different. In the 17th minute, Renê carried the ball down the left and played it into the box. In a back-and-forth, the ball fell to Vitinho, who finished successfully and extended the lead: Flamengo 2-0 Madureira.

After the break, coach Jorge Jesus made his first change. Lincoln replaced Lucas Silva.

With intense intensity, Flamengo maintained its rhythm and threatened Madureira's goal. After a change to almost the entire team, Vitinho capitalized on a good play by Berrío and scored his second goal of the match, the third for Mengão. In the final minutes, Madureira pulled one back. At the final whistle, the score was 3-1 to Flamengo in the first test under Jorge Jesus.
