The ball will start rolling again in the Brazilian Championship this Sunday, and in search of three more points in the national competition, Flamengo will visit Ceará. The teams will face each other at Castelão and the game will start at 16 PM.

Before the match, striker Geuvânio discussed the away game and said he is counting on the support of the fans to secure another three points in Série A.

"Our focus is entirely on Ceará, and we're counting on the support of the fans who come to the stadium to fight for the victory. We're doing well in the Brasileirão; we drew one game away from home and won the other game we played," he commented. 

The last time Flamengo faced the Ceará team was last year in the Primeira Liga. On that occasion, the match at the Castelão stadium ended in a goalless draw.

Flamengo and Ceará have faced each other 23 times, and Flamengo holds a significant advantage in head-to-head matches. To date, they have 10 wins, nine draws, and only four losses.

After seven years, the duel takes place again in the Brazilian Championship. On October 15, 2011, Flamengo beat their opponent 1-0, with a goal by Deivid, at the Presidente Vargas stadium.
