On Wednesday (15), Flamengo plays the fifth round of the CONMEBOL Libertadores 2024. The Most Beloved faces Bolívar, at 21:30 pm, at Maracanã. Ticket sales for Nação members start this Thursday (09), at 14 pm, on the website flamengo.superingresso.com.br. Check out the main information below.

Another new feature: For this match, in addition to the sectors Lower West, Maracanã Mais, Lower East and Upper East will also have their registered facial biometrics as a means of access. Other means of access will not be permitted in these sectors for those who purchase online. In addition, each holder of a ticket purchased online for the sectors Lower West, Maracanã Mais, Upper East and Lower East You must have your original photo ID with you when accessing the stadium.

ACCESS TO MARACANÃ:

- For online sales in the Lower West, Maracanã Mais, Lower East and Upper East sectors, access will be via facial biometrics.

- Fan members from the North and South sectors who have an active card can access with their ticket card.

- Fan members in the South sector who do not yet have an active ticket card must access the stadium via the QR Code on the Fla Ingressos app.

- In other sectors, collecting a physical ticket is mandatory.

All tickets purchased by visitors must be collected on the day of the match.

We would like to emphasize that for tickets to sectors where additional services are provided, such as the buffet service and the Maracanã Mais sector, the discount only applies to the portion corresponding to the ticket for the game, with the full amount corresponding to the service being charged.

PURCHASE AND EXCHANGE OF TICKETS AT PHYSICAL POINTS

As mentioned above, for online sales in the Lower East, Upper East, Lower West and Maracanã Mais sectors, access will be granted via facial biometrics.

Nação fans with an active ticket card must access the stadium with their respective card. It's important to verify the card you choose at the time of purchase.

All other fans must exchange their purchase voucher for a physical ticket. To purchase and collect tickets, the purchaser (or login owner) must present the following documents:

- Printed, completed and signed voucher (only for exchanging tickets purchased online);

- Official and original identification document with photo and CPF;

- Document proving the benefit for purchasing a half-price ticket (if applicable).

- Tickets for individuals under 15 years of age may only be collected when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Furthermore, guardians must present a ticket from the same section as the minors to be able to collect tickets.

NOTE: For tickets purchased by foreigners, only the original passport will be accepted as official documentation. We emphasize that third parties will not be able to collect tickets. Only the purchaser may collect tickets. If a single voucher contains more than one ticket, the purchaser must bring the aforementioned documents (including those of the ticket holder and the ticket holders). For half-price tickets, proof of purchase(s) must be presented.
