On March 16th, Flamengo will play the second game of the semifinals of the Campeonato Carioca, with a spot in the final at stake. The Mais Querido will face Fluminense at 03 pm at Maracanã. For this game, all online purchases made by Flamengo fans for the Lower West and Maracanã Plus sectors will be accessed using their registered facial biometrics. Other access methods will not be permitted in this sector for those purchasing online. Furthermore, all ticket holders purchasing tickets online for the Maracanã Plus and Lower West sectors must present their original photo ID upon entering the stadium.

PURCHASE AND EXCHANGE OF TICKETS AT PHYSICAL POINTS

As mentioned above, access to the Lower West sector and Maracanã Mais must be carried out exclusively via facial biometrics.

Nação fans who do not have an active ticket card and purchase tickets for the Lower East and Upper East sectors must access the stadium via a QR code on the Fla Ingressos app. For step-by-step access instructions via the app, click here.

Nação fans with an active ticket card must access the stadium with their respective card. It's important to verify the card you choose at the time of purchase.

All other fans must exchange their purchase voucher for a physical ticket. To purchase and collect tickets, the purchaser (or login owner) must present the following documents:

- Printed, completed and signed voucher (only for exchanging tickets purchased online);

- Official and original identification document with photo and CPF;

- Document proving the benefit for purchasing a half-price ticket (if applicable).

- Tickets for individuals under 15 years of age may only be collected when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Furthermore, guardians must present a ticket from the same section as the minors to be able to collect tickets.

NOTE: For tickets purchased by foreigners, only the original passport will be accepted as official identification. We emphasize that third parties will not be able to pick up tickets. Only the purchaser may pick up tickets. If a single voucher contains more than one ticket, the purchaser must bring the aforementioned documents (including those of the ticket holder and the ticket holders). For half-price tickets, proof of half-price ticket(s) must be presented.
