For this game, every Flamengo fan who purchases a ticket online for the Lower West and Maracanã Plus sectors must enter the stadium with registered facial biometrics. Other means of access will not be permitted in this sector for those who purchase online. Furthermore, each ticket holder who purchased online for these sectors must present their original photo ID when entering the stadium.

PURCHASE AND EXCHANGE OF TICKETS AT PHYSICAL POINTS  

As mentioned above, access to the Lower West and Maracanã Mais sectors must be carried out exclusively via facial biometrics.   

Nação fans who do not have an active ticket card and purchase tickets for the Lower East, Upper East, and South sectors must access the stadium via a QR code on the Fla Ingressos app. For step-by-step access instructions via the app, click here.   

Nação fans with an active ticket card must access the stadium with their respective card. It's important to verify the card you choose at the time of purchase.  

All other Flamengo fans must exchange their purchase voucher for a physical ticket, as must all visitors, who must collect their tickets on the day of the match. To purchase and collect tickets, the purchaser (or login owner) must present the following documents:   

 - Printed, completed and signed voucher (only for exchanging tickets purchased online);     

- Official and original identification document with photo and CPF;      

- Document proving the benefit for purchasing a half-price ticket (if applicable).     

- Tickets for individuals under 15 years of age may only be collected when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Furthermore, guardians must present a ticket from the same section as the minors to be able to collect tickets.   

NOTE: For tickets purchased by foreigners, only the original passport will be accepted as official identification. We emphasize that third parties will not be able to pick up tickets. Only the purchaser may pick up tickets. If a single voucher contains more than one ticket, the purchaser must bring the aforementioned documents (including those of the ticket holder and the ticket holders). For half-price tickets, proof of half-price ticket(s) must be presented.
