Each fan may only purchase one parking space, subject to availability at the time of purchase.

 

Currently, access to the parking lot is as follows: vehicles enter via Paula Souza Street, where there is a checkpoint to verify parking permits. After this check, vehicles continue along Eurico Rabelo Street until reaching the parking lot entrance gate, Gate 11B.

 

For those wishing to leave the parking lot and head towards the West Zone via the Grajaú-Jacarepaguá mountain range, exit via Eurico Rabelo Street, continuing until Vinte e Oito de Setembro Street, where traffic continues normally. For those heading towards the South Zone, exit via Manoel de Abreu Street, following Rei Pelé Avenue towards the city center.

 

Cancellation Information:

 

Cancellations must be made through the website. Access your account and click on the TICKETS tab. After locating the purchase you wish to cancel, click on ORDER DETAILS and then CANCEL ORDER.

 

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days after purchase, as stipulated by law for online purchases, and up to 48 hours before the event, exclusively through the website.

 

Important: Flamengo is not responsible for changes to the date and/or time of the event. In case of changes, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

- If the purchase is cancelled, the convenience fee will not be refunded;

- Cancellations must be requested no later than 7 days after the purchase date. If the purchase was made less than 7 days before the match date, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the start of the game;

- In case of no-show at the match, there will be no refund of the ticket price;

- Cancellation will not be possible if the ticket has already been used to attend the match;

- Tickets already purchased cannot be transferred to another match;

- Upon completing the cancellation in the system, the ticket will automatically be made available for sale;

- We would like to point out that after the start of the second half, access to the stadium may be denied, as determined by the local police. The club has no authority over this decision and will not be entitled to any reimbursement of any amount paid.

Flamengo will forward the cancellation request to the card issuer bank.

 

CREDIT CARD - If, during the period in which the cancellation is requested, the invoice is issued and the purchase is processed, the ticket amount will be refunded in the following month, according to the terms and rules of the credit card company.

 

PIX - After order cancellation, the refund will be automatic and can be viewed on the bank statement of the account used for payment via PIX on the same day.

 

* The cancellation rules are the same for general admission fans and season ticket holders.
