Ticket sales for Nação's fan club members begin next Tuesday (2), at 14 pm, on the website flamengo.superingresso.com.br. See the key information below. For this match, all online purchases made by Flamengo fans for the Lower West and Maracanã Plus sectors will be accessed using their registered facial biometrics. Other access methods will not be permitted in this sector for those purchasing online. Furthermore, each ticket holder purchasing online for the Maracanã Plus and Lower West sectors must present their original photo ID upon entering the stadium. We also emphasize that to make an online purchase for any sector as a Flamengo fan, you will need to register your facial biometrics in advance. PURCHASE AND EXCHANGE OF TICKETS AT PHYSICAL POINTS
As mentioned above, online sales for the Lower West and Maracanã Mais sectors will be granted via facial biometrics. For Nação fans who do not have an active ticket card, access will be granted via a QR Code from the Fla Ingressos app. To see the step-by-step access guide via the app, click here. Nação fans with an active ticket card must access the stadium using their respective card. It is important to verify the card chosen at the time of purchase. All other fans must exchange their purchase voucher for a physical ticket. To purchase and collect tickets, the purchaser (buyer or login owner) must present the following documents: - Printed, completed, and signed voucher (only for exchanges for tickets purchased online); - Original official photo ID and CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) - Document proving the benefit for the half-price ticket purchase (if applicable). - Tickets for individuals under 15 years of age may only be collected when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Additionally, guardians must present a ticket from the same section as the minors to collect their tickets. NOTE: For tickets purchased by foreigners, only the original passport will be accepted as official documentation. We emphasize that third parties will not be able to collect tickets. Only the purchaser may collect tickets. If a single voucher contains more than one ticket, the purchaser must bring the aforementioned documents (including those of the ticket holder and the ticket holders). In the case of half-price tickets, proof of purchase of the half-price ticket(s) is required. IMPORTANT: Access and stay of individuals under 15 years of age in authorized event establishments must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
